Harbor Freight Tools Sells Repackaged Customer returns as new, doesn't stand behind sales Camarillo, California

I purchased a Multipurpose workbench from this company online and when the package arrived it was not only missing much of the hardware, but the two table tops were badly scratched and damaged. The company's only response was they could get replacement parts to me in 6-8 weeks.  A search online finds that apparently this company does this same thing often, taking customer returns, retaping them and shipping them out to other customers as new. CS has been COMPLETELY unhelpful in this and I am stuck with a half finished workbench in my basement
