Harbor Freight Tools Inside Track Club Texarkana, Texas

I also purchased the Inside Track Club for savings. It cost me 29.99 and was told that I would receive special coupons in the mail. I was also told that I needed to do this because they were going to stop sending out their sales papers with coupons in them. I received a coupon book once. I joined this when they first came out with it, which has been almost a year ago. I still am receiving the sales paper with coupons in them like everyone else. What was the 29.99 for except to rip me off!!

Not only did they lie about special coupons, but also about the regular sales papers being stopped!!

I do know that some of the papers they send out have a 20% coupon on them. But this goes to a select few. I would think my 29.99 would give me that deal, but it does not. I just want my money back.

This is a scam!!!
