Harbor Freight Tools POOR QUALITY MERCHANDISE, KITS NOT COMPLETE- POOR RETURN POLICY San Antonio Texas

 Harbor Freight Tools are poor quality, do not have a long life. They look like high quality but are not. Warranty is good for only 90 days -IF- you have the purchase receipt. I have purchased 7 items and 4 have stopped working after 90 days. broke or burned out. A meter was inaccurate.

 They try to sell you an extended warranty on everything. The most recent purchase was a plastic automotive creeper. It looked good. The kit was not complete ,lacking 2 of 6 wheels. When I tried to use it the plastic creeper would sag and rub on the concrete and would not move. I did not have to use it until the 90 days had passed.

I took the creeper to the acting store  manager who stated 90 days warranty expired ----No warranty. Store manager that I showed the item to and explained that the item was not complete. No Warranty even if the item was incomplete. The actual store manager one David Vargas is only present mondays. I believe that all merchandise is manufactured in China and may be culls or seconds, which are probably much lower cost to purchase.  I will never purchase Harbor Freight products again!!!!!!!. Most are Junk!!!! Poor warranty and they will walk away from you and will not listen!!.     90 days No warranty!!  No exchange !!! You Are stuck. 

If you purchase a product from Harbor Freight be sure to open the item and check to see that all the parts are there. Plug any electrical item and check for a burnt smell. If you buy something with a meter on it be sure to buy a warranty as when you use it ,it may be innaccurate. Hydraulic items check for leaks of fluid. Some items may last much longer than 90 days then fail and have to be repaired, which is hard to do as spare parts cannot be obtained.!!!!!

Buy from Sears, Auto Zone or a business who gives a good warranty . Most give 1 year. still may be chinese!!!
