I received a charge to my credit card two weeks after I ordered this and before I even received the product.  I called in immediately after receiving the product to get my RMA# to return it as there was no time to give it an adequate trial and I sensed a ripoff, and when they gave me the RMA#, I put it on the package and took it to the post office to mail it.  I never heard anything back from them, and when the charge appeared on my credit card statement, I disputed it immediately.  Visa contacted them and they rebutted my allegation, saying that I "refused to accept an RMA#".  Who would be that stupid???  They are saying they never received the package and "have no record of returned item" and I'm left with no recourse.  What a sham company.
