Courtney gave me corporate address so she says Rip off, lie each time I call, rude, been telling me several stories, spoke to over 6 people different story will not stop till I get the refund. I ordered this product on 7/26/11 did not get for weeks. Called told them just got so need time to see if works. They gave me a extension and I have the conf# then I read more about it and was soupose to have been endorsed by Dr Oz, NBC, and Oprah.  Looked at ingredients decided not for me not open at all left in sealed plastic bag it came in. Sent back in mean time moving lost tracking slip so they said well can not refund it back. I argued and got a supervisor Jacob ???? yeah well every time I call he can not come to the phone. Talked to Theresa,Courtney,Mike,Frank, Jacob always busy. They stated removed $26 and they did then was to refund rest has never come off my card. Each time I call they say a different date the rest came off.  I called my card there are no more credits. You can get no where. Courtney rude and gave me address in Kentucky but paper says Maine and my Credit Card says Fla. I will not give up anyone who is even thinking of buying this please do not. I have got the run around for 3 mths now. I hope to report to BBB and whoever I can and I will continue to call and ask for the person Jacob or whatever his real name is who knows. The product was in a sealed wrapper clear bottle was brown and is drops. I hope Dr. Oz and all the rest see this or specify which product is the real one as these people are copycats and scammers or the product actually is not legit. Sherry North Canton OH
