HCG Extreme NFL Extreme Big Scam Louiseville, Kentucky

Back in early September 2011 I saw an add for this diet and thought I would give it a try. So I ordered it on line and had it shipped (rush) I waited over a week and called and spoke to Jacob, He could not locate the order, so he offered to extend my trial period and offered me 20 -30 % off the next shipment. Jacob escallated my call and said he would have his supervisor Elizabeth (806) call me back, I waited another few days and still nothing. On October 4 2011 I spoke to Jessica who offered me 50% off all future orders but still could not tell me why my original order was never delivered. I decided not to continue with this game and cancelled all orders. They gave me a cancellation number of 68022 (my order number) her name with the date 100411.

On 11/4/2011 I was charged $44.98 by NFL Extreme. I called my credit card company and they gave me the same number as HCG Extreme. I spoke with Chuck who told me Jessica did not cancel my order she just put in the 50% off. I gave him all of the information and he was shocked that I had it. I told him I was not playing a game I was serious and thought this was a scam. He assured me they were not and seeing I had all my information he was going to refund me the $44.98 charged to my credit card, along with the $4.95 and $24.98. But they had to write a check because it only took 7 days for this refund and over 30 days for the credit card refund. I waited the 7 days and no check was mailed. I called back and spoke with Joshua (406) who told me he saw the notes but non of my other calls. This really pissed me off. Apparently they gave me other ref number (91588 and 91858) and I am still waiting for my refunds and still no call from the supervisor Elizabeth.
