I too received a letter like many people have been stating. Mine said the following,

"As of now, y0our currently have a past due balance of $133.95 due to "YOUR CARD BEING DECLINED"...If we are unable to get in touch with you within 10 days from the date of this letter, we will be forced to send this debt to a third party collection agency, which "MAY HAVE A NEGATIVE EFFECT ON YOUR SCORE".

So I called the number provided, and was greeted by a rude man. It seemed like if I owed him money personally. I told him I had already canceled. I asked him who they were he said they just bought the debt from acaiberrybreeze.com. I asked him to give their number so I can contact them. He told to go online and google them. Which I did and found out through their site that their only way of contact is through e-mail. That did not sound right to me, so I looked around and found others with the same problem. Now what I'm saying is that if we all owe late fees why do we all owe the same amount. Did we all order the same day and cancel the same. My letter is dated March 17th.

Another note i looked up the address and it comes up as a UPS store, not even an actual office.

NOTE: I noticed a Foreign Charge along with the S&H fee, also the second charge had a totally different name on it but it was exactly 1 month after the S&H and also had a Foreign Charge with it.
