HH Gregg HH Gregg selling counterfeit Samsung Products on their Website Indianapolis Indiana

 We Purchased a Samsung Gearfit Watch on HH Gregg's website on Cyber Monday. The device is malfunctioning, and will not boot up just keeps saying reboot. We have been in touch with Samsung. They tried to troubleshoot. It will not work. They have told us the serial number is not a valid serial number. They will not do anything for us. It appears this is a counterfeit device bought on HH Gregg's website. I have tried to contact them via email, Facebook and have sent them the copy of their original receipt along with my request for a refund.  I have tried to contact their corporate office, and have been on hold for over an hour. HH Gregg needs to make this right and will not contact me. I will be contacting my attorney and launching a full investigation into deceptive sales and practices as well as contacting anyone else who has been wronged by HH Gregg if HH Gregg does not take this device back and give us a refund. I would welcome anyone else who has been wronged by them to write a post. I am willing to file a class action suit against them. This stinks of fraudulent business practices. This is how loyal customers are treated? They are completely ignoring my requests. Do not shop for anything at HH Gregg. You will regret it.  I feel we have been scammed.
