I was looking at entering into a distributorship with them, but after reading the previous posting I am very concerned.
1)How can I tell if I have been speaking to a company sales person or a 3rd Party marketer?
2)Holiday's literature states that they will "take" back any underperforming products. Are they charging to do so?

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SEND YOUR HONEST, HARD EARNED MONEY TO HOLIDAY INK OR AMERICAN INK OR WHATEVER PHONY COMPANY RICHARK "NICK" MORRELL "CASCARIO" FORMS TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. THIS MAN PAID REFERENCES TO LIE TO ME ABOUT THEIR ALLEDGED DISTRIBUTORSHIPS. ONE PAID LIAR IS A SALESMAN FOR FUTURE GRAPHICS, HOLIDAY INKS SUPPLIER IN LOS ANGELES. HE PAID THIS MAN TO LIE TO ME ABOUT HIS DISTRIBUTORSHIP THAT HE NEVER HAD. HIS NAME IS JEFF SILVERMAN AND I THINK FUTURE GRAPHICS STILL HAS HIM ON THEIR PAYROLL, SO THEY ARE CO-CONSPIRATORS ALSO AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED.
BUT... THE HAMMER IS COMING DOWN ON NICK AND MARK SHEPARD AND HIS LYING, DEFRAUDING CREW IN HUNTSVILLE ALABAMA INCLUDING HIS WIFE MELISSA MAHAN WHO ALSO LIED TO ANOTHER DISTRIBUTOR IN TEXAS ABOUT BEING A DISTRIBUTOR WHEN SHE IS THAT THIEF MARK SHEPARDS WIFE.
DO NOT LET THEM RIP YOU OFF!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Holiday Ink has been ripping off people coast to coast for the last few years. Nick Morrell and company are a bunch of scam artists. Just read the postings on this site. The people posting here are not crazy or lazy as Morrell has suggested in his rebuttals. We did NOT buy from any 3rd party. There is no 3rd party. Nick Morrell is a LIAR!
The people writing in to this site are just working people who got ripped off by Holiday Ink. We gain nothing from saying negative things about the company, other then to help others stay away from this rip off!
You will not get any refund from these con men. I am out $17K. Please stay away, Joe!
