Holiday Ink - Deceptive Business Practices, Buford, GA
Regretably, I signed up to the tune of $57,000!. I am embarrassed that I made such a bad, dumb decision. The marketing used by Mark Shepard, Huntsville AL (who denies ever hearing of a complaint before me LOL)is very deceptive. I don't know how he and Suzy can sleep at night.
Patrick Church has left the organization in disgust and told me that Nick M. is ripping off most of his dealers. He said the the references I used are on the payroll of Holiday Ink and he actually read me excerpts from the paid references converstaion with me. They have two cust. service reps for 400 dealers, and they are very new and do not understand the situation we are in and can't help most of the time. Nick M has refused to return my money, ha ha, surprise.
The disclosure states that he does not own any other company involved. However, his wife, Judy, signs checks for United Locators and she uses the name of Cathy Grosse to hide the association.
I am stuck now, but I hope this website will help some people to not get ripped by Holiday Ink. After reading older complaints, I must say that now they do ship well, but that's about the only good thing I can say. They do not support new distributors, and leave you out to dry then Nick loves to blame them.
There are 5 or so distributors in my local area and they are ALL unhappy with Holiday Ink. Now, what's wrong with this picture NICK?????
Hopefully the US Attorney's office will get to the bottom of this company one of these days.

#2 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Rebuttal to Mel, Folsom LA
AUTHOR: Nick - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, July 27, 2005
The inaccurate information contained in the posting by Mel, came mainly from Patrick Church, a former employee that is now in the Gwinnett County Jail based upon a theft warrant sworn out by this company. Mr. Church was terminated for cause, including theft of funds. His only defense is to attempt to discredit this company.
We do have a group of unhappy Distributors, however, almost exclusively these people purchased a distributorship from an independent Sales & Marketing group, operated by Andrew DeVeau, under the names of Ink4HalfPrice and Ink4Less. This company voided his license to sell our product and program in November 2004, solely because he was selling our program by providing customers with unauthorized documentation that did not correctly represent our program. Holiday enterprises, Inc. was solely the Vendor in all of the sales made by Andrew DeVeau. Holiday has done everything in its power to assist these Distributors and correct any errors caused by Mr. DeVeau.
Mel requested a refund before he even began his business. However, he was denied based upon this company's performance of all contractual obligations, including shipping all product, signage and display racks in a prompt manner. We cannot do anything about the lies being spread by Patrick Church, however, his arrest and subsequent conviction on theft charges will contradict his outrageous claims that were made to slander this company. We have never met Mel, nor had we ever spoken to him until after the purchase. Therefore, he was not coerced to purchase, in fact, the sale was made within the scope of the FTC Disclosure rules and regulations. On or about11/15/04, all of Holiday Ink, Inc. purchased all of the assets of Holiday Enterprises, Inc.
Morrell, as disclosed on the FTC Disclosure statement, was the President of United Locations until 2002, at which time he resigned. His wife is still a stockholder of that company, however, is no longer an officer of the company.
There is a rebuttal from Robert, Wildwood, MO. He is another customer sold by Andrew DeVeau. An admitted Bi-Polar individual who purchased a distributorship and never even installed his display racks. For these types of individuals we cannot help if they are not willing to work this business, as required by all businesses.

WHERE ARE THEY ?

Hey Nick/Richard Morrell,
I asked on 2/21/05 for information about other successful distributors, which you have failed to respond to. I will ask it again, where are these successful distributors? Why did you use references that were directly associated with Holiday Enterprises/Ink. If business is so good for Holiday as you have claimed why are you changing company names again to American Ink? What happened to your Better Business Bureau membership in Atlanta, was this loss of membership the reason for the new company name and registration of a new BBB membership in Canoga Park, CA?
