I became involved with Holiday Ink in late 2004, through John Robinette. I was in AZ at the time, but have since moved back to FL. The business address he gave is non-existant. He ripped me off for $17000, sent me a bunch of out of date ink jets, and PROMISED that the displays would be set in grocery stores, and I would make back my initial investment in 3 mos. max.

After 1 yr. hard work, I had to admit I had been taken. I have talked to other victims, and have seen the info on the internet, and it is obvious that Holiday Ink, Nick Morrel, John Robinette's one singular intention was to take everyones money, NOT operate a serious business venture. I will gladly help, assist, or do anything I can to help myself and others regain their money

Read your comments regarding Holiday (anything but) and the same theme runs constant throughout all correspondence about this company. I too was scammed by Nick Morrell, Mark Shepard and Melissa Mahan to the tune of $17,000. My initial investment was $25,000, as I purchesed five displays up front. It did not take me too long to figure out that I was lied to by Melissa Mahan. One day she was a successful distributor who had recouped her initial investment back in the first six months and the next day she is now in charge of customer service. Coincidence? Probably not. However, I did receive a refund from Nick Morrell to the tune of $8,000. I think that I am one of the lucky ones to do so. I did this by becoming one of the biggest pains in the a*&* to these people and continued to call Mark Shepard every single day. I also called customer service every single day to question them on various issues. Frankly, I think that they just got tired of me and wanted me to go away. This is exactly what Mark Shepard asked me. His words to me were something to the effect that if I received a partial settlement back, would I just go away...
