Homeannex.com Awful customer service, extreme delays, refund runaround... Brooklyn New York

I took a chance and ordered several bathroom accessories on Homeannex.com. The website looked professional and legitimate and their prices were lower than others I found on the internet.

They said the items would take two weeks to arrive. After two weeks, I called customer service, and they said it would take another week. Nothing came, so I called back (waiting 15 minutes on hold), they said the order was delayed for another 6 weeks! They didn't notify me of the change.

At this point, I told the rep to cancel my order. They said it would be 5 to 7 business days to see the credit. This was March 1st. It has taken me FIVE calls to Homeannex.com to check on my refund, each time waiting for 15 to 30 minutes on hold. By the third call, they hadn't even CANCELLED the order! I finally received my refund to my credit card on April 4.

I honestly didn't think I would get my refund. I have never had such bad customer service in my life. I would NEVER RECOMMEND HOMEANNEX.COM TO ANYONE!!!
