Nevis, along with Saint Kitts, forms the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis.  The 36-square-mile (93 km) island is part of the inner arc of the Leeward Islands chain of the West Indies.

This place is outside of the United States.  It's part of the island chain south of Florida.  It's very possible that the people are transient with 'nomad' locations in the U.S..  If this is true, then our government may not be able to do much to recoup your money or even shut them down.
