HughesNet HughesNet Gen4 HUGE SCAM! Biggest MISTAKE Ever! LIES! Worst service ever! FRAUD Germantown Maryland

We signed up with Hughes Net Gen4 because they were pretty much the only provider available to us and my sister had to have Internet for college! We signed up out of desperation and now we are desperate to find another provider. We feel lied to, taken advantage of! The whole fair access policy is boguss and we were not warned of it by them and had to find out on our own. We have called them every single month to complain about their outrageous prices, ridiculous allowance, and false advertising but we haven't backed out due to the fact that they threatened us with a $400.00 cancellation fee!!! That is unheard of. If you haven't signed yourself up with them, I am letting you know that you shouldn't! I am also filing a complaint with the Better Buisiness Bereau so that something can hopefully be done about Horrible HughesNet! Don't make the same mistake we did! You will find plenty more complaints like mine with no trouble if you don't believe me.
