ICM - internet cash machines Ripoff. I signed up after seeing an add for it saying itll be 2.95, a few days later Im billed $139! Internet

I set up my account thinking its worth trying for $2.95 and a few days later Im charged 139.95. How is three days enough for a trial period on a website business?! I could understand if they gave you a few weeks to see if it really works but three days is outrageous. I called to cancel 6 days later, once I saw the charge on my account and they immediately canceled it no questions asked. Although I was under the impression that I would get my money back. I called back today 5-27-10 and they said I already canceled. When asked about my refund the rep chuckled and said you were out of the trial period when you canceled so you dont get your money back. This is a very deceiving company, the rep could have at least mentioned that I wasn't eligible for a refund. When I called today they help me set up a product website selling e-books. Im sure there are thousands of people doing this as it was a challenge to make a custom website name. I really feel ripped off. Im out $142 and I cant do anything about it. I know a few lawyers maybe theres a way to not get screwed out of my money.
