IGIA Wind Storm Vacuum ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing overbilled scam theivery unresponsive did not deliver product California

I am filing this on behalf of my mother.

The week of Thanksgiving, she saw an ad on TV for a vacuum - 3 payments of $39.99, but if you called within 10 minutes they deducted one payment of $39.99. Equaling $79.98, plus tax, shipping, ect. She decided to call, gave them her Debit card#.

The first deduction on 11/28/05 they took - $218.82. The second draft was on 11/29/05 for $29.00. She went to her Bank, explained the situation, had them cancel the card and stop all debits. The bank allowed 2 more debits on 11/30/05 of $79.90 each.

In 3 days they took $407.62, she receives disability and it is a very fixed income. She had numerous checks bounce and her local Banking Facility is being of no assistance, which I am going to contact someone in Michigan for that. I have been to the IGIA.com site and they are advertising the same vacuum for $55.00 for online sales.

I just want to know if you can assist us in any way to get a refund or help bring them to justice. The Phone number on the Bank statements is IGIA 800-711-8357 CA.
