Illinois Tollway IPass Operator and customer service Downers Grove Illinois

I find that the Illinois Tollway is the biggest ripoff in Illinois. All they do is screw people out of money and it is disgusting. Let's go back 3 years and I call 3 times gave them my dads license plate number to make sure it was correct. No it was wrong and I got fined and was told it is my job to make sure they have the right information in the system. WHen I said I had called 3 times and they said it was correct in the system how am I to know it is wrong. Then I was told that I am supposed check everything online and if you do nto have the internet you should go to the library. Basciaaly, the Illinois tollway REFUSES to hold themselves accountable for anything.

Now to last year 2016 I had called and gave the tollyway my new updated credit card. Guess what those people there did not type the correct card number in they had part of the last four digits transposed. Again my fault because I did not calll over a hundred times to make sure it was correct. I paid a huge fine on October 30 but here is the kicker a new fine came out on October 28th that I did not know about and that was not added into the what I had paid on the 30th. I had recieved the bill the same day I was calling. Again they want me to pay a fine because they did nto put thatinto the amounts. There are two reasons and the first is I did nto tell them and unless I ask them it would not have been added.  The attorney General needs to look in to the Illinois tollway but they are just stealing money from people left and right.

Now when you call the number and talk to people they a freaking ingorant and if you say that they will hang up on you. I am sorry when you are in the middle of talking and you get put on  hold bevcause the person does not want to talk to you is down right ignorant. When you call the 630-241-6800 and the female operator answers the phone she is even more ignorant and hangs up on you. When you go on the website for the Illinois Tollway there is no place for oyu to file a complaint.

LETS BAND TOGETHER AND GET THE ILLINOIS TOLLWAY TO STOP STEALING FROM PEOPLE.
