Internet Order LLC Pimsleur Approach SCAM offered intro order and sent $448 worth of unordered product. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

I bought an introductory offer of Brazillian Portuguese for $9.95 with my credit card on line - never received it - even though they said Fed EX delivered it.  They said I ordered delivery of additional materials worth over $400 by signing their Terms and Conditions.  I ordered the $9.95 in November of 2011 and received two shipments of CD's which I never opened with no return address on them - they told me it was inside.  I was sent a bill for $448 on May 31, 2012 because my credit card was declined - it had been replaced.  When I called them to inquire about it they said they had turned me over to a collection agency and I must send them the $448 or they would have an attorney pursue me that I had had 30 days to return the materials.  I suspect the telephone number they sent me on the one and only invoice I received was of the collection agency.
