J.D. Marvel Products Inc. I sent a check for $22.95 on 4/9/03 to pay for hearing aides. They never arrived! It's been 9 weeks! They sure cashed the check! Champlain, New York

I mailed an order to J.D. Marvel Products Inc for 2 Super Mimi Ear aides on 4/09/03. The order form stated that they would be mailed to me in 2 to 5 weeks. It has been 9 weeks and counting. I sent a check for $22.95 for 2 hearing aids. The check was promptly cashed and returned . There has been no product sent to me nor any contact as to a delay. I believe this company is a scam.They have no telephone number nor can I find a web address for them. Their address is a post box so they probably have no company just a drop box to pick up money.

They should not be allowed to dupe people and the state of New York should have some laws in place to stop these people. They advertisement was in a local Sunday paper. It continues to run so that more people can lose their money to these scam artists. The payment was sent threw the mail so that should be mail fraud.
This company should be exposed on National TV , in newspapers, and on the web!!!
