JM Bullion is Amazing!

AUTHOR: Stacker184 - ()

POSTED: Thursday, September 26, 2013

JM Bullion is the best site to order precious metals from on the web, in the last month....I have ordered over a kilo in just bars and rounds. On time, every time. Amazing customer service, and the best prices for those who have to buy 10oz or less at a time for their collection.  I use gainesville for larger orders, seem to be a little better over spot than JM, but both companies are great and are true to their word. Never had a bad experience. I will continue ordering on a weekly basis from JM Bullion. Great Company. I wonder if these ppl complaining ordered off a imposter site or something. The longest any CC order ever took was 5 days. Usually 3. I love JMB!!!

Mike From JM Bullion Comments

AUTHOR: JewlThieves - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, October 07, 2012

"We have little to add here other than the customer does indeed have the merchandise he ordered, which was supposedly "recovered" on his property on Monday (10/1/12). We have few details other than that a UPS driver visually confirmed receipt of the package, which had been at the customer's location since the 23rd of August.

Despite the fact that the customer does have the merchandise he ordered (and had it the entire time), he continues to threaten us and refuses to amend his comments online. We have absolutely nothing further to add to this matter, but would like the readers of this dispute to know that we maintain our reputation of never having lost a package or any merchandise whatsoever"

Defend Yourself you worm, I had the package the entire time ? Your a joke, You think $16,000 dollars is worth going to Jail for, you crumb.  The Owner of the company accusing us of having it the whole time, your a complete joke

"Having it the whole time"  Wait, just wait to see what we have next for you, you can eat your words very soon, maybe your Next Online Shanky Website will be Private Detective Work"  Matter of fact I sat with the Detective for 2 Hours, he has told me there are a whole ton of sites out there like yours. This is why you changed your website, bullshitted in the emails and told us that "Never to contact you again" while our order was not delivered properly. When you deal with a customer, you do not blow them off. This isn't the Poker Industry like your used to!!

JM Bullion Complete Mess

Currently we are in the process of transfering the information off a surveillance camera. We have recovered the merchandise which is correct.

We have Video Surveillance of UPS Currier Delivering the Package to Absolutely No one  and just leaving the package 8 feet away from the door. We confronted UPS as well, they could also care less.  From there (1) day later, One of the landscapers picking the box up  and putting it out of the way.

Mike, Jonathan you can try to weave your way and dance how you like, The Video of this all, it will all be on YOUTUBE all very soon to warn customers.

Stick to your gambling sites, Bulls**t Artist's, Poker face's, your customer support sucks ! and UPS now will pay for our wasted time.

You basically screwed up ! Keep at it, as you do, we will 100x more

Response

AUTHOR: Michael W - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 26, 2012

We did indeed halt the insurance claim after UPS as well as Crawford & Company completed their independent investigations, which both vehemently reaffirmed that the package was delivered correctly as addressed. Had their investigations concluded the package was mishandled or incorrectly delivered, we would have completed the claim immediately.

We have absolutely no insurance coverage on a package that was delivered, signed for, and accepted at the correct residence, nor do we indicate as such anywhere on our website or throughout our several conversations with the customer.

At the time of purchase it was made very clear in several sections of our site that we only have insurance on packages "in transit" - neither we nor Parcel Pro nor UPS can take responsibility for supposed third parties being in the customer's home or at the customer's address.

Parcel Pro, UPS, as well as our company use the facts available to us to make decisions. In this instance every fact we have available to us points to the customer successfully receiving the package.

As far as the customer's personal allegations go, we are not hiding anything - we have been in business since 2011, have thousands of happy customers, and would be happy to answer any questions regarding our company or experience in the industry (800-276-6508 or jm(at)jmbullion.com).

We also look forward to posting the results of any legal action.

Rebuttal

AUTHOR: Michael W - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 26, 2012

We do indeed ship all packages with full insurance while in transit. All UPS shipments are insured by a third party insurer, Parcel Pro, who fully covers the packages for loss or damage, from the time the packages are picked up/signed for at our facility until the time they are delivered and signed for at the customer's address.

This specific package was shipped via UPS Next Day Air with Adult Signature Required, to a "M Cuom" as requested by the buyer and shown in the attached invoice. The package was picked up at our facility and signed for by our UPS driver on 8/22/12, as can be seen in the "Shipment Receipt" image I have attached.

For those not familiar with the Parcel Pro platform, we listed the "Ship To" first name as "MM", as we cannot list only a first initial, and I was unable to reach the customer for a full first name until the package had departed. Also, the listed value of $5,000 is the UPS declared value - however the package was fully insured for $16,604 by Parcel Pro, as can be seen in the attached screenshot of our Parcel Pro backend.

The package successfully arrived at the customer's address on 8/23/12, where it was properly signed for and accepted. All of this can be confirmed by viewing the UPS tracking information (1ZE1897AA296256233) as well as by viewing the attached Proof of Signature that UPS obtained at the buyer's correct residential address.

Despite the buyer receiving confirmation both via email and phone that the package was departing on the 22nd, as well as myself personally notifying him over the phone it was coming via Next Day Air, I heard nothing from the customer until 8/28/12, when he claimed he had never received the shipment.

We immediately contacted UPS to begin their investigation. They had extensive conversations with the specific driver who had delivered the package, who returned numerous times to the delivery address and reaffirmed the successful delivery, and after a several week investigation conducted by independent investigators (Crawford & Company), it was determined that the package was absolutely delivered correctly and that the proper signature was obtained. I have attached a letter and email to that effect.

The specific text regarding shipments from the accepted Terms and Conditions at the time of the customer's order is shown below:

"Shipment may take up to fifteen (15) business days from completed payment, depending upon the manner of delivery.  Applicable taxes, as well as shipping and handling charges are not reflected.  You are fully responsible for applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges. Each package requires a signature upon delivery.  JM Bullion fully insures all of its shipments.  Should anything happen while your package is in transit to you it will be covered by our insurance policy.  However, we will not accept responsibility if you have left instructions with any carriers or delivery service to leave parcels unattended for you without the need for a signature or if you have given them instructions to leave your package with a third party.  When we ship to you, if metals are lost or damaged in transit, JM Bullion assumes responsibility to pursue any claim with the insurance company.  If we determine the package is lost or damaged, we will file a claim. Once the claim is filed, we reserve the right to re-ship your items or refund your money at our discretion."

Given that this package was correctly delivered and signed for as addressed, and thus neither lost or damaged in transit, we have no insurance coverage, nor any reason to pursue a groundless insurance claim.

JM Bullion Precious Metal Company-Chicago

AUTHOR: JewlThieves - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 26, 2012

We ordered over $15,000 worth of Precious Metals from this Company The only reason we felt secure is because of their website promise and Insurance  they "supposedly carried.

The package was delivered by UPS, but not to us. They said "someone standing in your driveway"  No signature at all from us and no ID was ever shown. We we not home for 4 days.

The Insurance company contacted us, we had to make a police report which we did immediately.

Then the whole case went dead ONLY to find out that
JM BULLION had Cancelled the Claim with the Insurance carrier., as they said to "We have no responsibility.

The CEO of the Insurance company apologized to us many times.

So J M Bullion took into their own hands that it was ok on their end to just toss the whole thing away.

At this point we are going to sue JM and UPS -BUYER BEWARE DO NOT ORDER A Thing from this company- The owners are new to this business and have related "Gaming Sites" also.

Violated, and Screwed  from a Bogus Precious Metal Website!!
