I poured concrete foundation for joel and still havent got all my money.He has owed me money for months now.If a rebutal is filed against this statement .Contact me at 903-975-4540 i have all text messages from joel with exscuse after exscuse why he cant pay.Homeowners beware i know of several jobs he has got homeowners money and he has yet to put up building.His business is a total scam dont be the next victim.
