I ordered 4 Heli Balls on December 1, 2018 Today is December 26th and I have not received the items. The charged hit my bank on December 3. Although a tracking number was assigned, I am unable to track it; was supposed to have shipped free through USPS. I have emailed Joy Toys numerous times with no response except "request received." The cost of these items was $67.83. I have notified my bank and filed a Police Report.
