Joy Toys I ordered 3 Hand Sensor Helicopter Balls on December 18, 2018. Were paid from my account that same day. Didn’t receive the toys or money back. Tried to get to their web site. It no longer exists. California

I ordered three hand Held since her helicopter balls for my grandsons for Christmas. Sent numerous messages to them. They finally responded with a lengthy email about we are reasons for not being able to send them with the promise that I would receive a tracking number for my order within 24 hours. Which didn’t happen.

Also a promise of a $10 gift certificate if it was more than two weeks late. I took this date have not received the cash back or the toys that were ordered. I have kept all the Information about the order and about their emails to me but to no avail. They ripped me off.
