Joy Toys order #30754 was confirmed as received on 12/15 but I never received the order. A follow up email was submitted on 12/28 asking for an update to my order to support@joytoys.co with an automated reply that my request (36927) had been received and being reviewed.

My credit card has been charged with nothing to show for it as of 1/7/2019. I believe this to be a scam.
