I ordered 4 UFO heli balls around Nov. 22nd, 2018 hoping to get them for Christmas. Never got them, I sent an email asking about them and on Dec. 26th. I got an emil saying they had been shipped, later I got a tracking number.
Tracked it all the way to Decatur, IL. On Dec.27th I got this message from PO (Your package has a delivery exception and has been returned to sender on Dec.27th 2018 at 12:26 am.) I have never heard anything for the company saying they got it back and would resend it even though I have sent lots of emails to them.
All i get back is your message has been received and our staff is veiwing it. Nothing more after weeks of trying.
