I odered a toy for my Grandson on Dec 9th and joytoys charged my card on Dec 9th and there has been no communication since. I have written 4 emails asking where the toy is not no avail. I feel I have been ripped off by this company. I supposed it is a China based place. So there is no way I will ever see my money or the toy. Angry is an understatment,
