Julia's Bra Shop Buyer Beware Internet

I ordered 5 different shapewear undergarments from this company. They were to have arrived within 7 to 10 working days from April 18, 2009. I waited, and waited. I emailed their customer service, which states will reply within 1 business day of receiving an inquiry. I received no reply. I then attempted to contact them by phone, and received the message, "the mailbox you are calling is currently full." I waited several more days and filed a claim with Paypal, then escalated it to a dispute after hearing nothing further. Approximately 5 days later, I received a tiny package with two shapewear garments inside. They did include a document within, stating the rest of my order would be shipped when they became available. I couldn't believe it. After weeks of waiting!!! Then the real shock came when Paypal contacted me and stated my claim had been closed after Julia's Bra Shop had offered them proof of receipt of shipping. So much for the claims made by Paypal to protect their customers against fraud. The cost of shipping the two items was $4.99. I was charged $6.99 for shipping. I guess if I would have been shipped an empty box, that would have been proof enough for Paypal. I am absolutely shocked! Anyway, save your money and aggravation and buy at your local store, or somewhere that actually follows through with the ordering process.
