I am leading a mission-type trip to Africa.  My fist name was mis-spelled on the confirmation, which was booked by another person.  I have called every two days, for the past 21 days, attempting to correct the error.  Spent many, many hours on hold - always to be told . . . . call us back in two days. 

Airline says has to be corrected by JustFly. 

Never, never, never do business with this organization.

Justfly.com The site is designed to intentionally put you on the wrong flight, lock out out of being able to correct the information and then insists you were booking until after you get a confirmation email. on paying $150 change fee to cancel the flight. Site does not allow you to go back and check what you are actually booking, thus the changed flight info cannot be corrected. The flight locks you out of the site until the flight is booked, and there is no ability to change the flight to the one you thought Novato California
