Kabam Kabam lures you in spend money and then does things to cause you to lose it. Internet

 Kabam online game Kingdom of Camelot has competitions where you spend money to win awards to make you stronger in the game.  I had recently competed in an event and spent alot of money in an attempt to win. It was something like a two or three day event. 

So, the first day or two, I spent alot of money trying to keep up and stay close in the competition.  Then, about 8 hours before the event ends they have an in game issue that they openly admit that it was an issue with the game.  I spent alot of money already so I didn't want to lose so I kept trying to win so I didn't spend my money for no reason.  Later realized that there was no way for me to win with the issues they had.  They responded to my ticket stating that they were working on the issue and closed my ticket.

At the end of the event, I opened another ticket explaining my situation.  They sent me another email saying that they were working to fix the issue.  I responded to the ticket and I received an auto response saying the ticket was closed and if I still had a problem to open a new ticket. I opened a new ticket and then they sent me an email referencing my previous ticket.  I reply to the email and receive another auto response saying that I need to open another ticket.

I was only looking to either get reward for the money I spent or get SOME of my money back.  I am now starting to think that they did this on purpose so people like me have to go back and spend all of this money again to compete in another competition to win a reward.  The support is terrible and who closes tickets before hearing back from the customer? 

I loved this game but this just did it for me.  I will not drop another dime into this game.  They know how to steal from you and get away with it.  People need to beware and don't expect to get much support.  I simply would have been happy to be rewarded something in the game and they wouldn't even do that...  This company will rip you off. Don't be a sucker.
