kabam is an online game company, their game had a large following untile players found glitches in the game. The glitch was from kabam, this is a network game, with thousands of players. Many players such as myself have spent thousasnds of dollars on this game, however there was a glitch in the game causing the troops in the game to multiply.
Instead of fixing this glitch kabam took it apon themselves to ban some of the players that got noticed somehow. instead of correcting the issue they shut some of us out, we are paying customers and now all of the money we spent is gone. The sad part is that I did not even know how the glitch worked, either it happened by fluke or someone hacked into my account. another thing is that kabam does not have a secure server, so somone that knows what they are doing can hack into your acount and change things then turn you in for cheating.
Kabam should refund me and all otheres all the money they have ever gotten from us.

I was set up, by whom? I don't know.
That's not the point, the game came to an end for me after my account was hacked and altered, kabam thought I had something to do with it.
Kabam is just trying to make a point by banning a bunch of players.
I am not sure who set me up, you make a lot of enemies in this game.
The point is that they have not proven anything and there is no dialogue between us.
They do not wish to listen to me.
I sent them multiple letters, so in this case I wish to receive a refund on this game as the investment I made till now has gone to waste.
if I had quit the game on my own terms then I would not ask for a refund.
nothing funny about this.

Ok so you play a online game and now AFTER you have been banned, youre going to demand back all the money that you paid for in game items and membership fees? Wow, see this IS reality, not a game. And reality is very very harsh. The reality is you have used thier services for as long as you have. You used your in game items. You cannot AFTER the fact claim a refund. If they popped you for a in game violation, then they popped you. Either move on to a new game or appeal the ruling against you. It is very possible that your account got hacked. Especially if you had a weak or often used password and you got hacked. MANY game companies know this is a definative possibility. If you feel you have been banned without cause, then CALL THEM!!!! PLEAD YOUR CASE!!!!!
To sit here and demand a FULL REFUND is not only FUNNY! But d**n right hilarious. What are you 12? Grow up and handle your business like an adult. All this post does is show you to be a petulent child with no understanding of business or economics. REALLY!
Ask them to provide PROOF of your supposed violation. Ask for time/date ect. If you can show them that you were not online or that it was a honest mistake on yours or thier part, you can get "UNBANNED"
