They flat out lied to me saying if I didn't have the money in my account it wouldn't let me with drawl it. Then the post the items in an order that wasn't in line with how they were presented. The branch manager refused to give me a copy of how they posted or a Draft of what can come out of your account when your opted out so it should let any credits go through if you don't have the money. The bank is a complete scam and this would have never happened at any other major banks.
They basically stole from me and the government needs to do something about second class banks like key bank that have horrible customer service and flat out steal from there customers. I can email any one that wants to see proof on how they scammed me. If anyone who banks at KEY BANK run. I was wondering why I was one of the very few people banking there compared to other banks.

You have no idea what your talking about and you obviously work for the bank or are the bank manager. I had more than enough money in my account but they stole it in bank fees and returned the debts and credits. They also lied and told me if I didn't have the money the payments would be rejected like they did every other time. I never went in the negative and they flat out stole from me. I plan on filing a economic crime report at the attorney generals office and filing a law suit.

If you truly thought that they stole from your account why not file a police report for the theft? Oh and when you do be sure to come back here and tell us what the Police said before they threatened you with arresting you for filing a false police report. But seriously...the ONLY reason you had overdraft fees taken is because YOU attempted to spend more than you had available in your account. If it wasn't for their policies that allow this you would actually be the one arrested for theft.
You seem to be thinking that the bank is your accountant and parents all rolled into one where they will let you spend as much as you want, and when you run out of money will just cut you off. Well this is the real world where you as an adult are responsible for your actions. The one bit of confusion you seem to have is on the "Overdraft Protection". They described the ability to block your ATM/Debit card from any transaction you make at a Point of Sale or ATM where you currently do not have enough available in your account. It does NOT cover Checks or ACH(recurring payment) transactions. Those the bank has the option to pay and charge you an OD fee or reject and charge you a returned check fee. It appears that in your case you had a Check come through and that is why they charged you this fee. Now, if they explained this to you or not and you just either forgot or "blocked" that little bit of information in your mind is something we will never know.
The fact is that it doesn't matter how they post transactions, if you don't attempt to spend more than you have available no matter how they post transactions you won't go negative. The way to make sure you don't spend more than you have available is to keep a written register and write down every single transaction you make.
Oh and if you think that a bank likes charging these fees...then please explain how they have right on their site ways to AVOID those fees.

No, I do not work for this or any bank, and by the way...every bank would do exactly the same thing.
