King Of Swords ,King of Swords ripped me off, no order and no refund, don't buy from them - EVER Marietta, Georgia

I had placed an order on 6/13/2008 and got this reply AFTER they had charged my credit card.
"We apologize for the extended delay in shipping your order. We are waiting on a restock shipment from our suppliers that was scheduled to be here weeks ago. According to our supplier the shipment in currently stuck in customs. When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email."

I emailed them and said they should not have charged my credit card without sending my order and then cancelled the order. I got the following two emails from them but never ever got a refund.

"06/26/2008 Canceled Your order has been canceled per your request. A refund will be issued to you as soon as possible.

08/04/2008 Canceled Thank you for your inquiry.

Your e-mail has been forwarded to our accounting department with a request to have your refund processed as soon as possible.

I sent them two more emails requesting payment and they do not respond anymore. It cost me $33.87 to find out about these rip-offs and I see others have been ripped off too, DO NOT buy from this company!
