Kings Creek Plantation Fraud from the start, Backed out on there end, Deception, Untrustworthy. Williamsburg, Virginia

Purchased in 2005. Told we could go anywhere we wanted because of floating week. The only places available within reason were in Florida regardless of when we wanted to go. Never able to use as we were told as in when we wanted to. Complained to resort and they had no compassion and places blame on exchange company. Called exchange company and they blamed resort. Given the run-a-round over and over. What it came down to was renewing exchange membership before they would work with me. I revisited resort in 2010 and found the place to be poorly kept. The visit was in June during high traffic times and the grounds were in need of attention. Weeds growing through bushes, lawns not properly maintained, pine needles looked a couple years old at least, bugs trapped in webs in the stairwells, grills not functioning, no towels furnished at pool until 3 hours after said time, dirty pool and paper thin walls that allowed noise from adjoining unites to disturb sleep and rest.
Resort sent a representative to my home to explain the "New Plan". In his words the system we bought in to had been broken for ten years and they knew it. But it wasn't their fault. It was the owners fault for not banking weeks properly. To make exchanging work better, the resort was changing to a points system. To be able to use the new system would cost me $3500 more dollars that day only. If I didn't buy then, I had to go to the resort and would then have to pay $8500. IF I refused these options, I could only use the units I have only on the week I purchased and could never exchange again.
The resort doesn't honor their commitment to original sale and expects owners to shovel over more money. Never ever buy from this company nor any other company. The fraud is industry wide.
