Kings Creek Plantation Unfair owner's Rights and Service Williamsburg Virginia

 I would like to piggy back on the Owner's of Prince George's County who was sent to collection due to they were out

of the country and they are military serving the United States.

Well I live in Montgomery County, Maryland and I purchased a timeshare in Oct but my first payment was not due

until January 1st three months later, but what I did not like the maintenance fee was not due until 4 months later,

and I was paying the fee monthly, then I get a letter saying I was delinquent.  I called to question how is this

when I pay every month.  I was told if you do not pay the entire maintenance fee up front then you have to pay a service

of about $13.95 which I think is abusrd.  I was told by the Salesman that I could pay the maintence fee monthly, but

after I started paying it, then I get a letter from the financial company saying I was delinquent.  And if I dont pay the

entire fee I will be sent to collection.

I really need a lawyer to help me get rid of this timeshare.  I am a student and I do not need this unnecessary

blemish on my credit  and also I have paid at least $3690.00 towards this timeshare.  I felt like I was mislead

by the salesmen, and now they are telling me they do not need the inventory and will not buy it back.

If there is anyone else out there who was wrongfully mislead into purchasing and would like to do a class action

suit against this company, pls let me know....
