Landmark Home Warranty I wish I had come here before buying their product. I am now in the middle of my second needed repair and I have been waiting a week so far while they play games with the contractor.The first time I needed a repair it took 4 trips to get it right. This is absolutely the worst warranty company I have used in my 30 years of home ownership. I have had 2 claims with them so far. The first repair took 4 separate trips to fix and they probably still would be at it had the oncor guy not told them what the issue was. They laughed when he told them and said no way that could be it.....yeah, that was it.

 

Now I have been dealing, for over a week, with a water heater fix that needs to be taken care of while I have been without hot water for over a week.

 

YOu call in and they shift blame for the delay, they make excuses that warranty work makes it take langer.....Ya, they didn't say anything about repairs taking weeks to get done. I never had this trouble with American Home Shield......

 

Gues that's where i'll get my next warranty......

I want to assure you that management is doing everything possible to ensure that our valued homeowners are taken care of within the warranty. My intentions are to truly provide a resolution for this situation. I see that the diagnosis has been received and the part has been approved.
