Ordered a lightbar, the co. will be nice when you order.  The lightbar stopped working after a couple months.  We called, the guy said his name was Eric he would send a part to fix it.  It would be delivered in a week.  It never came.

It is difficult to get someone on the line.  Sometimes it rings and then just goes busy.  There is one guy who works there and he goes by a different name everytime.  This company has cussed at us, they are very unprofessional.  They have hung up on us several times after I simply state the lightbar is under warranty, and I need the part you said you were going to send.  Then he will hangup.

So I have a lightbar that is under warranty and does not work and a company who does not care about their customers.

How is this company getting away with treating people like this?  Please beware before you think about ordering from this company.  They are scam artists.
