I sent my RX for contacts to this company, two times they send the wrong contacts, each time, they charged my card 231.49. Each time, I had to go to the post office and pay 11.30 to return the contacts. They received them back (they were tracked by the post office) and never bothered to contact me or send new ones. When I contacted Lens.com I was told couldn't refund my money until the contacts I had sent back were "inspected". They simply sat on the returned boxes of contacts AND kept my money and I had no contacts!!! They were completely unhelpful and could care less. I still don't have my money back.
