Les Schwab Tire Center Rip-off damaged my vehicle & refuses to fix it Klamath Falls Oregon

On December 16th of 2002 I went into the Les Schwab Tire Center in Klamath Falls, Or to have my vehicle equipped with snow tires. While at the location i observed the store manager peeling out in my car at which point i yelled at him.

After a 4 and a half hour wait i finally received my car back and drove home. I than began to load my stuff for an out of town trip and opened my rear hatch to notice that the fiberglass was cracked and there where paint chips in the hatch. There was also a white paint transfer at the point of impact. While at the store itself I had noticed a white car parked behind mine that was driven by a Les Schwab employee.

After noticing the damage i immediatly went back to the store to report the damage and was guaranteed that it would be fixed. After a month and a half and numerous calls i was told by the liabilty dept. at the corporate headquarters that my claim was denied. The adjuster basically told me that i was lying and that there was nothing that they were going to do.

The only problem is that 15 minutes prior i was at my insurance company and they did a complete walk around with NO DAMAGE. I drove directly to the store with no stops. I submitted this proof to them and they still have the balls to deny my claim.

Every since i have been able to drive I have been a loyal customer to Les Schwab but no more. The store damaged my vehicle and made me take valuable time out of my day to get estimates and complete the paperwork that they should have done. Les Schwab always talks about their award winning customer service and how much they care about the customer.

They couldn't even bother to give me the courtesy of a call to tell me that the claim was denied. I had to make over 12 long distance phones calls to find this out myself. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT give Les Schwab your business. They are dishonest and have thee worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company.
