Les Schwab Tire Center ripoff WOMEN BE CAREFUL unnecessary work and a nasty assistant manager Seattle Washington

I would like to tell the women that go to Les Schwab for repairs to watch out for changes in calipers and struts - costly parts when the problem could be simple as a bushing.

I took Les Schwab to Small Claims Court and voila! - got my money back. Yes, $316.00 of unnecessary work.!!! Although it could have been an honest mistake, L.S. showed to be unprofessional at every step of the way. No apologies - just trickery. Also I got a lot of abuse from Dave Gallowa - the Assistant Manager. He simply tried to intimidate me in the store in front of at least 8 customers and make me look like a fool. But it didn't work. Only made me more mad. Also on the phone later on he showed his "class" or lack of.

Please check with several mechanics before you let this Company work on your car. Also ALWAYS request to see and take your parts with you when getting your car back. My used parts, requested in the same day - had already been given to the "junkman" - yes probably another mechanic that deals on used parts.
