Bought a Lathem timeclock PC400TX system from them. When we discovered they sent a PC400 rather than a 400tx (which is what is needed to connect via ethernet), they said we needed to buy a new PC400tx and send the other one back for a full refund. We did just that. Even though they acknowledged receiving the PC400 back, they have never processed a refund, claiming it was damaged in shipping. We never have received any sort of refund, nor were we returned the "damaged" product. They did not note any damage on the weigh bill. Are difficult to impossible to get a hold of, and provide HORRIBLE customer service. CROOKS! We are not the first to complain about a similar experience with this company.
