Litton Loan Servicing is a fraudulent company and should be closed down. How many people have to complain about this company before the authorities step in and close them down. My story is a combination of all the other 100's of stories I have read. To make a long story short - They raised our mortgage amount to an amount that we could barely pay and then I lost my job around a year later. We went into foreclosure and they set a sale date. I called them repeatedly like some many others do with no call backs or live person to talk to. When I finally did reach some one they had me fax the necessary documents to enter into a new loan modification. The information was MYSTERIOUSLY lost 2 times, all along stalling time and coming closer to the sale date.

I was also told to breathe easy and call back on the day before the sale date, which I did. They never answered the entire day. I finally reached someone on the date of the sale for them to tell me that Litton now owns the home and I should start packing my things to move out within 2 weeks. They told me that they could not enter us into a loan modification and had no reason as to why. I wanted more information and was transfered to the foreclosure supervisor and have left many messages for a return call. This has been about a week now since then and there has been no call backs or any mail regarding anything. We didn't even know that the place was going up for sale until our friend read it in the newspaper. I just don't understand why they wouldn't accept our payment for the months we were behind or help us get into a loan modification.

Now my wife and our 4 kids have to move out our first home in the middle of the winter because of a company with strange motives, which NOONE understands. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE IN JAIL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW CAN THEY CONTINUE THIS ????
