Litton Loan Servicing New Century to PCFS and to the predatory Litton Loan Servicing Ripoff Houston Texas

We first stared with a loan with New Century Mortgage and in less than one month later it was sold to PCFS Mortgage. Well as of December 2004 it was sold to Litton Loan Servicing.

We have had nothing but problems with these people like not paying our taxes when we were to have an escrow account. They also added their own insurance. Late fees were added all of the time. I would fax over proof of payments and they alledgedly were never received (5 times of me faxing).

The situation became extremely bad when the rude phone calls and forclosure threats started comming. It seemed as if there were never any Supervisors available and if there were then when the call was transfered it went directly to the voice mail. Surprisingly enough the phone calls were never returned.

One day I checked the mail and low and behold we had received forclosure letters from Littons Attorneys (which we were informed that they didnt have an attorney). They gave us 2 weeks to come up with balance of the loan or they were going to auction our home on October 4th, 2005.

Needless to say we are an average working family and my wife is dissabled and we have one child left at home. Of course we couldnt come up with that kind of money, so we had to move in 2 weeks from the place that we called home!

Litton Loans have destroyed our credit our dignity our self esteem, and not to mention they have also put us in such a huge financial bind that we are barely keeping our heads above water.

Fair warning do not get a loan with anyone that will sell your loan because you have no idea who will get it next!
