I was a manger for this company's location. After a short period there,  I was told by the higher ups that I had to alter the therapists times. All therapists clocked in 30 min before opening and after closing, as per stated in the employee hand book. When I was ordered to alter the time cards, I said no and refused to do so. When the therapists hire on the are given hourly vs commsion, which ever is greater.

But corporate does not want to pay them hourly and to avoid doing so, they will personally go into the computer from their office or home and change it. This is time card fraud!  They also refuse to pay therapists for paid training or time for marketing. 

When the store needs products of any kind to maintain day to day operations, this can not be done during work hours, since its management's responsibility to do so but are not able to because there is only one person at the desk per shift. So corparate expects it to be done on off time and with our own personal money. And managers and receptionist do not get a lunch break or any break for that matter. That is against labor law!
