Got acct. in May, 2010 and did not use. Called salesrep within 30 days and told him I did not need the acct please cancel.


After two months worth of charges I called customer service and they said that he could not cancel the acct and I have to do it online.


Rep then said it would be canceled and one more payment would come out in Aug.


I complained and they said they wouldn't charge me again, but no refund of the other two months that it should have been canceled.


I should of listened to the iPhone reviews!!!
