Cannot help with their own terminals.  Bank of America found a mysterious $50 fee on my credit card bill.  Turns out they are charging a $50 fee for an invalid Tax number.  I tried to correct it with them but to no avail.

Nearly impossible to cancel.  I have called nearly twenty times to cancel and have been charged nearly $400 since I tried to cancel. Ashley says "the form is with my rep."  Talked to my rep and he is just as frustrated with the company as I am !!!!
