I went to Metro PCS online. I needed a phone and did not want to purchase online, Used the store locator on there website. Referred me to best Buy. I purchased the phone- On there website says after rebates only pay $29.00 for phone. Sent in the rebate form for $50.00 on the phone and also they advertise port your number and get $50.00 rebate.

Well today I get emails stating I did not buy at a qualify purchase location and was denied my rebates. This is false advertisement. Why do they refer you to a store then will not honor rebate. And when you call the rebate center they just blow you off. Oh I am so sorry- was transferred to supervisor and she was worse- This is false advertisement and I will take this up to a highter grounds Beware of Metro PCS

The same thing happened to me! I think that is awful.  False advertisement. I want my  rebate!

Metro pcs I paid my bill on 9-6 for this month service. My card was charged but phone payment not registered. On 9-14 I went back and the store personally falsified my transactions which ended with them not returning the $6. entitled back but shortened my days of service by two weeks.
