I go and sit through a 90 min buy my stuff session and get an all inclusive trip to Mexico. I send in the certificate on March 20 for my 3 dates to Los Cabos with my $100.00. I get a confirmation phone call on July 18 that I was confirmed for my last date chosen but to Puerta Vallarta instead. That's the last that they contacted me.

I start contacting them three weeks prior to the trip asking them about information on leaving, etc. I get told that I am still confirmed for the trip and that Doug (Supv) would call me back. I called the next day and speak to Brian. Brian tells me that I haven't sent in the cancellation policy. I told him I never received one. Well, come to find out the telephone number is to a 3rd party company, not even MPG. Brian calls or e-mails MPG and they send me an e-mail. It was the wrong e-mail. They send a new e-mail and it is the wrong e-mail again. Eight days later I get the correct e-mail. I fax it back like I was asked with my credit card information and a copy of my valid ID and passport. This form asks for the credit card holder info not all guests. I fax that on Oct 5. I call every day to see if they need anything. I also e-mail every day and I only get an auto-reply e-mail from customercare@formpg.com and nrodriguez@formpg.com. I never get a response from a person by phone or e-mail.

Four days before I am supposed to leave I get told that I cancelled my trip. I NEVER cancelled my trip. The woman tells me that I need to go online and request my money back (which has an area that says after you have travelled with us click here to get your money back) and gave me a phone number to call. Of course, the number is an answering machine and still haven't gotten a call back. I send and e-mail to the company letting then know how upset I am and that I am calling the BBB and sending a report to ripoff and I'll be, I get an e-mail response finally from a Marcy Wolf. She tells me that I didn't send a copy of the 2nd travelers passport and ID so they cancelled the trip. The form states that it wants the credit card holder information and even if I did screw up why did it take 2 weeks for someone to say that they were supposed to have his information?!?! The last e-mail I sent was that since they gave me 4 days notice of cancelling my trip then they had 4 days to get me my money back. Her response was "it has already been processed.

Needless to say, I still have not heard from Doug, the Supv. I am out $200.00 for passports, $100.00 for the trip that I still do not have back, cell phone minutes from staying on hold and calling everyday so I could go on this trip, 36 hours of work that I can't get back, time, and aggravation.

This was going to be my first "getaway" with my boyfriend and I was looking forward to my first time in Mexico. This company is not worth the aggravation, and I had to do all the legwork on this to try to get it ready and I still got screwed.
