Mexico Paradise Getaways Please file class action lawsuit against them! Branson, Montana

I got in the same situation with Mexico Paradise Getaways as many people reported here earlier.

I faxed/mailed/emailed all requested information for vacation and paid $400. Received email confirmation that all documents and payment were received. Then I waited almost a year for my vacation. Every time there was delay and company representative promised that I'll go on next one of 3 selected periods. Finally, they offer me to wait until they find a slot for me or get a refund. I chose refund. They promised to send me email - confirmation and send money within 90 days.

That never happened. Four months passed - no emails, no money.

We need to file a class action suit against them.
