I received a certificate after listening to a schpeal about vacations (which we bought unfortunately). 4 days, 3 nights in Mexico, all inclusive, Free. Great!

What they don't tell you is trying to get ANY information out of these people is like finding a needle in a haystack! Of course, I sent in the $100 deposit along with the completed certificate with my requested dates, and they cashed that check right away. Months later they finally tell me I'm confirmed for travel to Puerta Vallarta on November 3, 2008. On October 28, 2008, I still have no flight/hotel information. I sent in all the paperwork they requested (requested on October 1, 2008, sent all info by October 16, 2008...passports, drivers license's, cancellation policy...with my credit card info) TWICE. Don't hear anything.

Tried calling, e-mailing on a daily basis and then on to numerous times a day, and then finally I talk to RUDE Doug from MPG (today which is October 28 - 6 days before we were supposed to go to Mexico). He says - oh, your reservation was cancelled because we didn't receive the information we requested. Line of bull - I made copies of everything I sent and have every single e-mail that was sent between us. I'm In the process of getting proof of my first fax which was sent on October 6, 2008 (which was way before the 21 day deadline). Sucks for them that I'm organized because I have copies of EVERYTHING....just in case I need to take them to court for my $100 deposit!

MPG is totally a SCAM!!!!
