MI Homes Inferior Materials Cincinnati Ohio

We purchased an MI home years ago and they had to come out several times to fix problems, especially during the first year.  Recently the wood trim around my front window has started to rot away.  The material that they used is either particle board or plywood.  There is no way that the material they used is up to code.  I have tried to get them to come out and look at it and they have refused.  I sent them pictures and they said that it was my fault for not maintaining the caulk or something like that.  I would not recomend this company to anyone interested in building a new home.  They do not stand behind thier work.
